At Maplewood Assisted Living, 2124 old montgomery hwy, Pelham, AL 35242. One of the resident, Kenneth Hapgood has been sitting in soil diaper each day for almost 8 hours. Co-worker, are borrowing money from resident. The director is administering medication to resident that havent be prescribe to them. The worker are yelling at residents on different occasion. Workers talks on phone without looking after resident. Some of the worker doesnt answer call lights. It stinks all through the facility. The owner of the facility owns 4 other places, and I hope they not bad like Maplewood Ridge.
